A WOF/Warrant of Fitness check performed as per LTSA standards will normally take about 45 minutes and is performed at the following intervals:

All new vehicles (first time registration) will have an initial WOF inspection at time of first registration. The next WOF inspection will be due at 3 years old, then annually thereafter.

If your car is older than 2000 you must have it inspected every 6 months by a certified WOF inspector.
